Record (in Qualtrics) a 2-3 minute video or audio that addresses:
- Your commitment to being an agent of transformation
- What you will transform?
- Note: To choose either the video option or the audio option, you must select ‘Record video’ or ‘Record audio’ to get started, and then press the round button to begin recording. If you encounter issues recording, please try the following:
  - Clear your cache. If you don’t know how to do this, you can Google it for whatever platform you are using.
  - Restart your computer.
  - Use a different browser.
  - Allow pop-ups.
Share a brief description (1,000 characters) of the significance of place/space to you. For example: your work environment, organizational environment, or community space.
Upload a “leadership resume” highlighting your leadership experience. Find examples of a leadership resume below.
